Mark’s origins was as a Builder. His later training as a Building and Weathertightness Inspector, creating and growing North Star Inspections with his partner and ensuring he obtained all the inspection and weathertight qualification training available during the devastating period of the leak home syndrome.
His initial affiliation with NZIBS and later early membership with the later established NZIBI, is a testament to his thorough commitment at providing a relevant and reliable service.
Mark carries Professional Indemnity Insurance as a NZIBI membership and Bank requirement.
His partner Julie brings her invaluable insight in building and project management, technical prowess and business management skills to the table. Complemented by her proficiency in Infrared scanning, a skill she has been honing since 2006.
